Background

With an eye for design and a passion for architecture, Brian has dedicated his career to providing creative design solutions for his clients.  After completing his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Arkansas in 1996, Brian worked for several local firms. Throughout his career, Brian has worked on a wide variety of projects in many diverse projects, such as:  Automobile Dealerships, Banks, Churches, Schools, Retail developments, Retail Stores, Restaurants, Warehouses, Factories, Telecommunications, -Corporate offices, Multi-family, and Single-family residential projects.

In 2010, Brian and Kelli (wife and business partner) founded the firm with the intention of offering services a little differently than everyone else.  After years of witnessing how most of the firms Brian had previously worked for influenced the design of a project by incorporating their own personal preferences or signature styles into their work, Brian began implementing a more Client Centric approach as opposed to the architect/designer driven design. Quickly realizing that a small boutique architectural firm can offer a much more personalized service to clients than most of their competitors, the Ivy’s integrated this approach into the core of their business model, which is a central driver of the company's growth.  Brian openly admits and is proud to say that all the firm's business to this point has come from word-of-mouth referrals without any forms of advertising.

Personal Interests:

Brian has been married to his wife and business partner since 2004.  He has 3 crazy boys and two yellow Labs.  In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, working on his house, watching movies, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with his family.
